Enrollment and Tuition Policy
Tuition Deposit:
A 50% deposit must be sent in with a completed application form. This is required to register and reserve a spot for each class your enrolling in. Because class size is limited, full payment must be received two weeks prior to the start of the class your enrolling in to ensure seating. Special arrangements can be made to pay the remainder of your balance on the first day of class you must have prior approval for this. Tuition can be paid online using the paypal link on the enrollment forms page.
If you decide to cancel there is a non-refundable registration fee of 100.00. Studio W reserves the right to cancel any class you will be refunded your full deposit. Once your deposit is received you will be sent a letter of conformation by mail. In this confirmation letter you'll be given instructions on what you'll need to bring for your first day of class, workshop.
